Not everyone’s cup of tea but I think the new(-ish) live album is well worth a listen, even Pitchfork agrees. Here’s a free download from New York’s Percussion Lab which is “a 24/7 stream of the illest underground electronic and hip hop music” but don’t let that put you off. And even if you’re not into it I recommend you go here and enjoy the weird face he pulls at 12 secs in.

Who would have thought that a brilliant television series explaining music to tone deaf idiots like me would be the creation of this incredibly punchable face? My friend Sleepyvalley that’s who. This is the third in the series, the Weatherall one was rockabilly (bit too much for my simple tastes) although the Damian Lazarus one looks interesting.
