It’s part two…i like to say “logo” too, say it with me “logo”.

The cottage we rented in Sutherland was lovely and the whole experience (for me at least) was only improved by this sign in the toilet.
Don’t make me call the assemly worker…or there will be BIG problems!

My good friend Nicholas sent me the link for the above…two thumbs up I reckon. Although I’ve actually had some very positive experiences with the freelance recently, which partly explains why things have been so quiet around these parts.

Finally got around to seeing this postmodern caper film on my holidays and it was good. Maybe not as good as Brick but more fun to watch. The trailer gives away too much so perhaps this clip is a better indication.

So many great photos of the Monkey Man looking like a tool but I think the one above does the job. The question of how he’s still got a job, together with a brilliant review of the new album are here. Plus a nice little video of The Stone Roses around the time of the recording of Fools Gold is here and is kind of what you’d imagine …kagools, terrible dancing and setting fire to stuff.

Not all that impressed with Giant Human but i thought the Fruit Booter thing was funny. Nice to see the community embrace the term but why is blading so hated?

I was a bit reluctant about getting involved with this initially as the original was so good but it’s good to embrace new-ish things isn’t it? It starts off strangely as the first series is basically the same scripts as the UK version performed by different actors, like going to the theater to see something associated with the cinema. From then on it gathers speed and is (in my humble opinion) funnier and easier to watch than the original, if less challenging. Here’s some highlights, shotgun, toasters, yeppers and the genius of “That’s What She Said.”

Been busy doing something like real work so I’ve been a bit absent lately…not that anyone will have noticed. To make up for it here’s some actual genius from Mr Moffat. Then there’s a short story over at vice and his always entertaining I’m No Expert… agony uncle column.

I was thinking about this recently and wondering if it’d still be funny or whether it was too much of it’s time. I think it’s okay and the boxing episode is ace. It’s a go!

This just makes me laugh…there’s merit in all of them but my favourites are Party in Apartment 3, Overdue Account and Magic 8 Ball Wednesday.
