Cremaster
Parts of Tokyo! (see below) reminded me of Matthew Barney and The Cremaster Cycle (viewers with a nervous disposition should look away) which i’ve been sort of fixated on for years. There’s a trailer for the complete piece here which doesn’t really give anything away but has some nice shots. Then there’s this genius where someone has created a level of Little Big Planet based on Cremaster 1 which i find frankly staggering.
I was also going to bang on about The Holy Mountain but i think that’s more than enough weirdy film for one night…

What is below her foot on the Left bottom?
It’s been a wee while since i’ve seen it but as far as i remember she eats the cherry’s and they pass through her and out of the funnel in the base of her high heels…it’s fairly messed up!
